Frequently Asked Questions: Do I need to set up an appointment to see the Club? We do recommend an appointment to ensure that someone is here to answer any questions you may have, and that the room you would like to see is not in use. You may contact the Catering Office at 770-426-1808 to set up an appointment.
How long do we have the room for a wedding reception? A typical wedding reception lasts for four hours, beginning with the arrival of the first guest. We allow room access in advance for cake and floral deliveries.
Can I bring in my own food? Our culinary team is outstanding and delights in serving you and your guests. Outside catering is not allowed. You are allowed to bring in your wedding cake.
Do you have an onsite coordinator? Our Catering Director, Kristi Hesse, is here to assist you with the smallest detail. She coordinates your reception from beginning to end including your arrival, announcement, dances, toasts, cake cutting and departure.
Can I hold my ceremony at the Club? Yes. We have a beautiful outdoor area that overlooks Kennesaw Mountain. It seats up to 250 guests. We also have indoor ceremony locations available.
Can I bring in a wedding planner? You are encouraged to bring in a wedding planner if you choose to hold your ceremony here at the Club. Our staff will assist them in all of the intricacies of the ceremony.
Is there a site fee for the Club? Yes. The site fee for Saturday night is $2000.00. If you are a member of the Club and personally host the event, the site fee is waived. If a member sponsors your event, the site fee decreases to $1500.00. Site fees will be discounted for another day of the week.
Can you recommend vendors? Yes. We have a vendor list with contact information available.
