1. All members and guests must sign-in at the tennis reception desk prior to beginning play. All guests must be accompanied by the member while using the tennis and club facilities unless the sponsoring member has made prior arrangements with the professional staff. Members shall be responsible for the actions of their guests.
2. All reservations and court assignments shall be made through the professional staff and/or front desk at the tennis facility and may be made either in person or via telephone. Court time for singles play may be reserved in 1 ½-hour increments and doubles play may be reserved in 2-hour increments; but reservations for special events such as ALTA and USTA matches and tournaments will not be interrupted.
3. Cancellation of a reservation must be made as early as possible but in any case, at least one (1) hour prior to the reservation. Court reservations will be forfeited if players do not arrive within fifteen (15) minutes past the reservation time.
4. The tennis professionals may reserve courts for lessons, approved league matches, tournaments, and special events.
5. Proper tennis shoes and attire are required on the courts. Players are not permitted to use running shoes, heeled shoes, bare feet or marking shoes on the courts. Players are not permitted to wear cut-offs, tank tops, sleeveless shirts, jeans, street clothes, or bathing suits on the courts. Women’s shirts may be collarless and/or sleeveless; all men’s shirts should have sleeves.
6. Standard tennis etiquette shall be observed by all players and their guests at all times while using the tennis facility.
7. All players must leave the courts and take safety inside the tennis facility after the storm/lightning warning horn has been sounded.
8. Unattended and/or unsupervised children, under nine years of age, shall not be permitted around the tennis court facilities, including the observation deck.
9. Players and their guests shall be responsible for any abusive behavior or damage caused to the tennis facilities, including, but not limited to, the courts, windscreens, nets, locker room, pro shop, and bathrooms.
10. No play is allowed on wet or icy conditions. The ultimate decision about playability of the soft and hard courts shall be decided by the tennis professional staff.
11. No skateboards, roller blades, scooters, or like equipment is allowed at the tennis facility.
12. The Club accepts no responsibility for property left in the locker/bathrooms.
13. The professional staff, with approval of the Tennis Committee, is authorized to implement additional rules to facilitate individual, team, and league play. Said rules shall be prominently posted at the tennis facility.
14. Only food and drinks purchased from the Club may be consumed on Club property.
15. A guest fee will be charged to the inviting member for each guest. Guest fees are subject to change.
