NOMINATION PROCESS

Kathleen Pappaterra, our Membership Director, would be delighted to assist you with the nomination process for Membership!  It would be her pleasure to help you in becoming familiar with the many benefits of Membership at the Club as well as obtaining Member Sponsors to complete your nomination.

Any Nomination Proposal that is received by the third Wednesday of the month will be eligible for Membership acceptance the first day of the following month provided the following conditions are met:

     -  A completed Nomination Proposal has been turned into the Membership Director along 
        with a check for the Initiation Fee and an identifying photograph.

     - The Proposed Candidate has met the Membership Committee.  A monthly meeting for
       Candidates normally takes place on the third Wednesday of the month from 5:30 until 
       6 p.m. at the Club.  Alternate times may be arranged if the Candidate is unable to attend 
       this meeting.

     - The Board of Directors has reviewed the Nomination Proposal and has granted final 
        acceptance and approval.

     - The Proposed New Member has completed a ten day posting period where Members 
        have had the opportunity to review and offer comments with regard to membership
        acceptance.
