The Ballroom: Comprised of three areas, the ballroom has the capacity to seat up to 240 guests. When a heavy hors d’oeuvres reception is planned, the ballroom can accommodate up to 300 guests. The ballroom also opens up to the Kennesaw Room and Bar with beautiful folding doors. When the entire area is utilized, the room can accommodate up to 300 guests for a seated dinner and 500 guests for a cocktail reception. The room is accented with gold and crystal chandeliers, matching wall sconces, and beautiful neutral décor. A dedicated sound system is available and is IPOD compatible. A covered veranda wraps around the entire ballroom, adding seating, bar areas and gorgeous views of our golf course and Kennesaw Mountain.
The Azalea Room: The smallest section of the ballroom, this room can accommodate up to 50 guests for a seated meal. This room opens onto the veranda and has a drop-down screen, crystal chandeliers and beautiful, neutral décor. It is the ideal size for a business meeting or smaller social events. The Azalea Room has a dedicated sound system, and a sound-proof air wall separates it from the Magnolia Room.
The Magnolia Room: The middle section of the ballroom, this room can accommodate up to 80 guests for an event. This room opens up onto the veranda and is accented with gold and crystal chandeliers, wall sconces and beautiful neutral décor. It is an ideal room for midsize to large groups. The Magnolia Room has a dedicated sound system and two sound-proof air walls that separate it from the Azalea and Marietta Rooms.
The Marietta Room: The last section of the ballroom, this room can accommodate up to 90 guests for an event. This room also opens up to the veranda, and is accented with one crystal chandelier. This room offers sweeping mountain views. It has a dedicated sound system and a sound-proof air wall that separates it from the Magnolia Room. This room also opens up to our Kennesaw Room.
The Kennesaw Room: This room is stunning with its Palladian windows which overlook our golf course and Kennesaw Mountain. The room is furnished with an antique sideboard, crystal chandeliers, and forty richly upholstered mahogany chairs. The room has a dedicated sound system and can accommodate up to 70 guests for a seated meal. A cocktail party of up to 100 guests is easily accommodated in this room and the bar area.
The Kennesaw Bar: This room is warmly decorated and outfitted with a grand piano, built-in mahogany bar with a flat screen television, beautiful fireplace, richly upholstered cocktail seating and an antique sideboard. A private veranda offers gorgeous views of the golf course and Kennesaw Mountain. This room can accommodate up to 40 guests for a seated meal, and up to 50 guests for cocktails.
The Presidents Room: This room is equipped with a conference table and twelve leather swivel chairs. It is traditional in décor, and outfitted with a drop-down screen, phone lines, and built-in sideboard.
The Mountain View Room: This room is on the lower level of the Club. It is outfitted with a drop down screen and flat-screen television. It can accommodate up to 20 guests for a meal or meeting. The room opens up onto our brick patio, and overlooks our golf course.
