My area of expertise is in the area of Neuromuscular Therapy that focuses on stimulating the areas of skeletal muscle. I also have many years of experience in the application of Hot Stone Massage, Swedish and Sports Massage among other specialized areas.

I have worked with many doctors, physical therapists and also chiropractors to help clients improve their range of motion, flexibility and also to help clients rehabilitate areas that may have had a previous injury or may be causing pain.

Throughout my career as a therapist I have had the pleasure of working with clients as young as infants, to gymnasts, high school athletes, professional athletes and senior citizens. Currently, I have a very diverse cliental base of wonderful people I continue to treat that have been with me throughout my career as a massage therapist.
