CORPORATE SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP
         *Promotional Incentive:$3,000 in MCC Food and Beverage Credit upon joining!

                  *PLUS . . . Initiation Fee may be paid in 2 payments!

     A Member and his family are entitled to Pool, Clubhouse and Social privileges, which  
     include exceptional dining choices, and a wide variety of social activities and programs.  A Member 
     may transfer his membership to another employee of the Corporation for a 10% transfer fee.
